]]> The latest issue of the 8aixat Administrative and Regulatory Law Case Review is now available. In this issue we look at a couple of recent decisions from the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal examining thorny issues around whether “true questions of jurisdiction” exist, and how they should be reviewed by supervising courts.
