Brendan van Niejenhuis to co-chair Osgoode National Forum on Administrative Law; Andrea Gonsalves and Johanna Braden featured as speakers

8aixat partner Brendan van Niejenhuis will co-chair (with Lorne Sossin and Sean Gaudet) the 11th annual National Forum on Administrative Law and Practice, hosted by Osgoode Professional Development.  In addition to co-chairing the conference, Brendan will be speaking on the issue of financial remedies for administrative law issues, in the light of the recent decision of the Federal Court of Appeal in the Paradis Honey case.  Also speaking at the conference from 8aixat will be Andrea Gonsalves (who is to speak on administrative law issues surrounding Bill C-51) and Johanna Braden (who leads a panel on legal ethics in administrative proceedings).  To register for the conference or webcast, click here.
